    What is included in the delegate pass?

    All passes include full access to both scientific streams across both days, all networking sessions, lunches, refreshment breaks, and the Day 1 evening drinks reception. Premium pass adds the Drink Reception and post-event recordings.

    Can I get an invoice for my organisation?

    Yes — upon confirming your registration, our team will issue a formal invoice. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card. Purchase order (PO) based invoicing is available for corporate registrations on request.

    Where is the venue?

    The summit is taking place in Central Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington, UK. The specific venue will be confirmed and shared with all registered delegates and sponsors. Preferred hotel rates at nearby accommodation will also be provided.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Within 30 days, your registration may be transferred to a colleague or credited to a future edition. Please contact us for the full terms.

    Is the Drink Reception included in the Standard Pass?

    The Drink Reception is included in the Premium Pass (£999). Standard Pass holders can purchase additional Drink Reception tickets separately. Please mention this in the message field of your registration enquiry.
